
Lily Hodder
Strategy & Operations Manager, Tonomus NEOM
Lily has broad experience across the start-up, consulting, government and social
impact sectors across Asia Pacific and the MENA region, with a focus on strategy
and operations at the intersection of business and technology.
Lily currently works with TONOMUS at NEOM as Strategy & Operations Manager to
help build the technology and digital sector of the future. She has previously worked
for Deloitte Australia and Deloitte Consulting Southeast Asia, where she led projects
and teams for local and global clients from various sectors including financial
institutions, international donor organisations, technology companies and
government bodies to provide innovative and sustainable solutions to some of their
most pressing problems.
Before Deloitte, Lily worked at Accenture, gaining expertise in management
consulting, operational excellence and business strategy for telecommunications and
not-for-profit clients. She also worked in service design, legal and policy in her role
with the Department of Premier and Cabinet (Vic) for Service Victoria to digitise and
reform citizen transactions.
Lily holds a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce and is an Admitted Australian
Lawyer. She founded LARA, a legal aid start up, and is an advisor to start-ups, social
impact organisations, students, and through her role as President of the Young
Alumni Committee at the University of Melbourne's Faculty of Business and
Economics.
