Samira Nikzad is a seasoned Projects Director with over 15 years’ experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. She specialises in hyperscale data centres and complex critical facilities, directing projects exceeding £9 billion in value.
As Director of Project Development at DataVolt in Saudi Arabia, Samira Nikzad leads strategic site selection, portfolio optimisation, sustainability integration, and regulatory engagement, ensuring infrastructure meets hyperscale and enterprise requirements.

Her career includes senior leadership roles across international markets across the globe, where she successfully managed multi-disciplinary teams to deliver turnkey and infrastructure upgrade schemes on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. She holds degrees in Architectural Engineering, Energy Efficiency and Environmental Design, and an MBA in Project Management.
